Cold email outreach, done for you
More sales conversations, without chasing leads yourself.
I set up and run cold email outreach for B2B businesses. Domains, inboxes, verified lead lists, copy and campaigns. You get replies from people who want to talk.
- Month-to-month, no long contract
- Your main domain is never used
- Verified lists, no risky addresses
- Live in about 3 weeks

Sound familiar?
Your pipeline runs on referrals
When referrals slow down, so does revenue. There is no second channel bringing in new conversations.
You tried cold email and it went to spam
Thousands sent, almost nothing back. Nine times out of ten the setup was wrong before the first email went out, not the copy.
You are doing outreach yourself
Between delivery and client calls, prospecting is the thing that keeps getting pushed to next week.
Ads bring traffic, not conversations
Clicks and form fills that go nowhere, while the buyers you actually want are not searching for you yet.
If any of these sound like your month, this is the part I fix.

Why most cold email fails
Four things decide whether your emails reach the inbox. Most campaigns get at least one of them wrong.
The technical setup
Every sending domain needs SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured correctly before a single email goes out. Without them, mailbox providers treat your mail as unauthenticated and route it straight to spam. I set this up on separate domains, never your main one, so your company email is never at risk.
The list
Sending to invalid or risky addresses is the fastest way to get a domain flagged. Every list I build is verified before sending, and I remove addresses sitting behind security gateways like Barracuda, Mimecast and Proofpoint, because those bounce or block automated mail and damage your sender reputation.
The emails themselves
Identical emails sent to thousands of people look exactly like what they are. I write at least three variants per sequence, rotate the wording within each one, and personalize with a real detail about the prospect. I also keep out the words and formatting that spam filters score against.
Protecting the domain
Warm-up is not something you do once and stop. I keep it running while the campaign is live, cap the volume per inbox, rotate across inboxes, and match sending providers to recipient providers so mail follows a trusted path. I watch reply and bounce rates daily, so a problem gets caught before the domain burns.
This is the work that happens before anyone reads your offer. It is also the part most people skip.

Common questions
Isn't this just email marketing?
No. Email marketing sends newsletters to people who already signed up. Cold email sends short, personal emails to hand-picked prospects who don't know your client yet, from separate domains so your client's main domain stays safe. The goal is booked sales calls.
Will this hurt my main domain?
No. I send from separate domains set up for outreach, so your main domain is never used.
How soon do campaigns start?
New domains need 2 to 3 weeks of warm-up, so the first emails usually go out in week 3.
Is there a contract?
No. It's month-to-month. The setup fee is paid upfront and covers the domains, inboxes and warm-up.
Do you guarantee meetings?
No. I guarantee the setup and the work. Results depend on the offer and the market, and I'll tell you honestly if I think cold email isn't a good fit for you.
How do I pay?
By invoice, once we agree on the scope. International payments are fine, and I'll send the payment options with your invoice.
